Hello MoocLab Community!
I'm Carolyn, the founder of MoocLab. WELCOME!
There are so many awesome members who have joined MoocLab so I wanted to create a space for you to share a little more about who you are and all the things you are up to.
Some questions you may answer to get you going…feel free to add anything else if you want to (just keep it friendly and appropriate!).
- Who are you?
- What are you learning?
- How do you plan to use your new skills? Personally/professionally?
- How do you think MoocLab can help you achieve your goals?
- What courses have you taken, or are planning to take?

OK..... I'm Eva , a 15 year old high school student of a south Asian country named Bangladesh. I am not into any of this courses that Mooclab offered until now.. but maybe I will try them later... so the thing is I was a pretty good student back in my junior school days but now this pandemic made me a really big procastinator.... So I just came across this website and wanna check them.... I think this can solve my problem like... we can study with others it motivates me a lot... And thats how I wanna be more productive these days because my exam is near .....

.
Days/week you study: Everyday
Hours/day you study: 7+ (during school days) 10+ (during weekends)
Study schedule: 4am-7am and 5:30pm to midnight (school days) OR 4am-midnight (weekends)
What intervals do you usually use?
1. 25 minute work, 5 minute break, repeat
2. 50 minute work, 10 minute break, repeat
3. No interval, I take a break whenever I feel like it
4. 60 up to 180 min work, 15 up to 45 min break. Or 45/15 or any pomodoro technique.
How would you like to study together and keep each other accountable?
1. SS - Optional
2. Desk cam - Mandatory
3. By posting session/day goals and asking each other how we did
4. By making a common schedule/timetable to follow
5. By chit-chatting via voice chat every now-and-then (in breaks)
6. By sharing/teaching back what we have learned during the previous session during break time for active memorisation, for concentration, etc.
( I prefer 6 and 3 no...let me know about urs too )
Why are you seeking a study buddy? for accountability purpose which is hard to find in a study group. Also, I love studying but also socialising so it's a good way to combine both. And finally because motivation and focus increase when I feel/see someone is also studying like me right now.
What would you like to achieve in the long term? To improve my Academic and personal goals . And of course, why not to get a good friend.
How long are you planning to study with your study partner? For years, until I graduate if possible.......
Anything specific you're looking for?: An enthusiastic but also serious girl with whom I can feel the connection but also someone who loves studying and is as motivated as me to study everyday even during summer break (a hardworking one).
Anything else?: If you have a similar profile or are interested feel free to DM <3
