Tutors (or students) who cannot attend a lesson should take responsibility to communicate as soon as possible ahead of time to reschedule or come to some agreement.
Missed Attendance
If a tutor did not attend a scheduled lesson without notifying the student, then the student can contact MoocLab to request a refund.
MoocLab will then issue the tutor with 1 warning point. This warning point will expire automatically after 1 month.
Missed attendance will negatively affect your "Tutor Reputation", as warnings can be viewed on your profile.
If you believe you received a warning in error or disagree with the warning, you should contact MoocLab to explain the situation and request for the warning to be removed.
