My name is Isabelle but do call me Izzy! I am based in the UK (GMT+0 / UTC+0), Christian girlie and I am learning Korean!
I have been learning since 2024 and my goal with learning Korean is to travel to the country for holidays, listen to Korean music more better, read Korean light novels, watch Korean livestreams! Career-wise, I would like to be a Korean translator or interpreter!
I am looking for a study buddy (or buddies) who is/are:
★ also serious / is consistent in learning Korean
★ over 18 please (I am 22)
★ Timezone is UTC+0 to UTC+3 OR can study between 8pm-11pm UTC+0
★ has a discord account - this is the main way I want to communicate, maybe we could set up a Korean learning server for ourselves to be a hub for our study progress? let me know if that's a good idea!
★ likes to study in the evening / night time
★ like group studying like roleplaying, listening activities together
★ happy to arrange times to study together
★ likes reminders to study
Things I like would like to do with my study buddy is call (don't always need your camera on) and study, work together on a study activity, work in silence but on call, reminders to study and maybe watch Korean TV for listening practice and more!
