Coursmos is the world's first micro-learning platform delivering courses tailored to busy lifestyles and schedules. The courses are split up into seven, 3-minute lessons which are taught straight and to the point with no useless or irrelevant details. Anyone is free to create and upload a micro-course which is made publicly available for others to study. The short videos can be combined into several modules to produce a course that can be completed quickly. The 125,000+ courses cover a wide range of subject areas from Business to “Useless but Fun”. Course prices are set by the individual instructors, usually ranging from $1 to $5, or users can subscribe to Coursmos Premium for $9.99/month or $50 a year, with a 2-week free trial period. A regularly updated blog offers users tips and advice with learning.
